Mixing Tanks

Our mixer tanks are developed to meet the more stringent performance requirements of industrial mixing applications. Mixing tanks are a heavy-walled version of the standard line that can accommodate needs for complete drainage or bottom clearance. Mixing tanks can be supplied with integrated baffling to enhance and accelerate mixing.  

Fiberglass anti-vortex baffles minimize issues during agitation. Flat plate baffles are positioned to oppose agitation direction specified by customer. For best results, four baffles are recommended per tank. Baffles are attached to the tank by fiberglass gussets permanently bonded to sidewall. Our fiberglass tanks are built to support a direct mount of mixers. We supply mixer supports, and they can be mounted directly to the tank for larger applications or special installations.
