We produce brinemaker tanks for those in need of large amounts of salt brine, including municipalities, manufacturing facilities, and large residential units. The brinemaker tank is a specialized vessel, and it includes a water distribution system composed of hoses and pipes. At Design Tanks, each part of the brinemaker tank is custom made at our facility, ensuring a precise fit.

Tanks can hold anywhere from 10 to 90 tons of salt, and can incorporate freeze protection systems. Other components include pneumatic fill line, water spray ring, brine collection system, access ladder assembly, optional automatic liquid, and optional salt level systems. The FDA-approved tank is not shipped until it meets our stringent quality control standards. Detailed instructions accompany the tank for easy onsite assembly and start-up.
